What to Expect
Prepare yourself for an exciting day that will leave you captivated and delighted! This guided tour is an absolute must for experiencing the breathtaking sights of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and indulging in some exquisite local treats. We’ll start by picking you up from your accommodation and embarking on a journey into the lush, tropical hinterland.
Our first stop? A photo opportunity at Mary Cairncross Scenic Rainforest Reserve, where you’ll marvel at the awe-inspiring Glass House Mountains, designated as National Heritage treasures. The panoramic views across these ancient volcanic peaks are truly unforgettable.
Next, we’ll visit Maleny Chocolate, where you can select your Take Home Chocolate Selection — a sweet beginning to your hinterland adventure. From there, we make our way to The Barrel @ Clouds Vineyard Maleny for a relaxed wine (or beer) tasting experience. Sip and savour a variety of locally crafted selections while taking in the picturesque vineyard setting and rolling hinterland views.
We then stop at Gerrards Lookout, high on the range, where sweeping coastal views stretch across Coolum, Maroochydore, Caloundra and out to Bribie Island — a stunning vantage point that showcases the beauty of the Sunshine Coast.
A delicious two-course lakeside lunch awaits at Secrets on the Lake, where serene water views and tranquil surrounds create the perfect setting to unwind and indulge.
Our final tasting experience takes place at Flame Hill Vineyard, where you’ll enjoy a curated wine tasting session set against breathtaking vineyard landscapes and expansive hinterland scenery. However, as all good things must come to an end, we’ll take you back down the range, providing one last breathtaking view before dropping you off right at your doorstep.

Kickstarting our tour, we make our debut stop at the Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve in Maleny, right along the perfectly fitting Mountain View Road. Lunch at Secrets on the Lake
