Cancellation Policy
0% cancellation fee applies for bookings cancelled up to 24 hours before the Charter
50% cancellation fee applies for bookings cancelled within 24 hours before the Charter
100% cancellation fee applies for no-shows.
Deposits
No deposit is required however full payment is required 10 days prior to travel.
Seating & Seatbelts
All passengers are to wear seat belts in seat belt equipped vehicles. Minibus Charter Sunshine Coast is not responsible for the provision, installation and securing of children and child booster seats, capsules and child restraints. Parents, guardians or the client are responsible to provide, install and secure all child restraint and booster seats.
Weather & Itineraries
All Charters & transfers will depart regardless of rain or other weather conditions unless we are aware of conditions/forecasts that would make it unsafe too. Full refunds are given if Charters are cancelled prior to departure. All Charters are subject to operational needs and changes that may result in some variations to published itineraries and inclusions.
Smoking
Smoking by law smoking is prohibited on all vehicles.
Food & non-alcoholic beverages onboard
Food & Beverages (Excluding water) are not to be consumed on any vehicle without prior approval from the driver. In such circumstances such as chartered services of a bond may be required to cover the risk of damage to the vehicle. Your responsibility for any damage is in accordance with these terms and conditions.
You are responsible for any charge levied in respect of any damage caused to a vehicle as a direct result of your booking or charter.
Alcohol & Drugs
No, state legislation does not allow alcohol is to be consumed in any of our vehicles at any time. There is to be no opened alcohol brought on the bus at any time. If you’d like to bring unopened alcohol on the bus, please request this with the driver prior to boarding the vehicle.
For the safety of other guests, persons considered to be intoxicated by either drugs or alcohol will not be carried and may be excluded from the Charter or not boarded. No compensation or refunds will be paid.
Cleaning & Damage
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle as a direct result of your booking. Examples include vandalism, excessive vehicle cleaning due to food or beverage spillage, bodily fluids and breakage of interior or exterior fittings.
A fee may be charged if inappropriate damage or cleaning to the bus is caused. This includes body excretions and/or vomiting. A minimum $450 cleaning fee will apply for excretions and/or vomiting clean-ups.
Breakdowns & Delays
Minibus Charter Sunshine Coast gives its advice on Charter journey times in good faith and does not guarantee the completion of any journey in any specific time and will not be liable for loss or inconvenience caused by the actual journey time and or breakdown of the vehicle.
Unusual road, traffic and weather conditions are beyond the control of Minibus Charter Sunshine Coast and the driver, and delays may occur. Late arrivals due to these and other occurrences out of the control of the driver are not grounds for cancellation of the Charter.
Passenger Property & Lost Property
Minibus Charter Sunshine Coast does not accept liability for any damage to or loss of any property left upon the vehicle by a passenger. All lost property will be returned Minibus Charter Sunshine Coast office and may be returned, Postage costs to return lost property are payable by the passenger.
Price Changes
Prices are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice with the exception of confirmed bookings. Confirmed bookings will not alter.
