We begin at Dacelo Distilling, a boutique craft distillery known for producing small-batch spirits inspired by native botanicals and coastal surroundings. During your guided gin talk and tasting, you’ll learn about their distillation process, flavour profiles, and the careful balance of ingredients that create their distinctive gins. Expect a relaxed yet informative experience that sets the tone for your gin-filled day.
After a leisurely hour of enjoying your first morning gins, it’s time to meander back to the bus. Embrace the serene surroundings and the awe-inspiring beauty of the area as we journey to our second distillery, Sunshine & Sons. Nestled within the hinterland rainforest, close to Queensland’s iconic Big Pineapple, this distillery is a hidden gem.
Sunshine & Sons Distillery
Conceived by a quartet of lifelong friends, the remarkable Sunshine & Sons Distillery harmoniously blends their affection for the Sunshine Coast with their deep-rooted expertise and adoration for finely crafted spirits. Their repertoire boasts an array of splendid vodkas and gins, as well as a Sunshine Coast cane spirit. You’ll receive a warm welcome for a tasting of their most exquisite gins, accompanied by amiable behind-the-scenes conversations about the intricacies of your chosen libations.

Or dine at Matso’s Brewery in Eumundi, known for its lively brewery atmosphere and casual hinterland charm, where you’ll enjoy a satisfying 1-course lunch in a vibrant craft venue.
